I absolutely love this set of knives! They are super sharp and have a nice weight to them. I like the way the feel in my hand when I'm using them. These knives cut through just about everything effortlessly. They are easy to clean and look very nice on my counter, too.

I recently purchased this set to replace my old one (not cuisinart) I LOVE this one. The knives are made from one piece of metal. No separate handles to become loose. These are very very sharp also.
