So happy I bought these. Haven’t had any issues with kitchen duties with the knives or scissors. Like that is made out of one piece of medal too, don’t have to worry about my hands getting messy and not being able to touch the handle as I cook.

I have all the professional series pots and pans including both of the nonstick sizes. The pans are amazing and cook extremely well, the difference is noticeable. So, when I saw the professional series set of knives it was a no brainer. The knives do not dissapoint and are super sharp with super comfy handles. A +

Having been married 50+ years, we have more knives than most kitchen stores. My husband was taken with the sleek styling and determined we needed to rid ourselves of the hundreds of misc. mismatched knives we had. I am so glad we did. Not only are the various sizes exactly what ( not a supurfluous one in the bunch!) I use on a day basis but the sharpness is amazing. I now have to get used to getting an immediate cut with every slice!
