Who says only professional chefs need a sous chef? Not this one. I tore my rotator cuff and let me tell you, slicing an onion is the most painful experience you can imagine with a torn rotator cuff - what am I supposed to do, NOT COOK - don't think so! Seriously easy to use and super easy to clean. Look at the attachments that come with this MUST HAVE countertop appliance. Buy it and unburden your kitchen drawers of all those absolutely redundant tools and gadgets.

I bought this a month ago. It is so easy to use, so easy to attach the bowl and top. The attachments are so well made. I made a mistake and didn't put the spindle when I used the slicer attachment and it burned up the attachment. Breville customer service was amazing. They replaced it without discussion, so nice. I'm sure it has been done many times as there is an attached spindle (smaller), so even though addressed in the instructions, it is still confusing to a new user. I would like to have a dicer, not available for the smaller version. I think that takes the food processor to the more professional level. After 25 years with a Cuisinart, I have to say this is so much nicer to use. I spent a lot of time reading reviews, and Breville was recommended so highly by users. Now I am one!

While I haven't had the chance to use my Breville Food Processor much, I'm happy with its performance. It's powerful yet operates quietly and is very sturdy. I purchased it to replace a previous food processor I've had for 34 years, and it's quite the upgrade. I look forward to using it again soon.
