My favorite feature about this machine is the noise level is low. This machine is designed for ease and comfort. Super easy to wash- no small crevices for food to catch in. This makes for easy clean up. Thank you, Breville engineering team. Great work on this appliance. You thought of everything.

I am very pleased with my Breville Sous Chef purchase. I have had other more expensive brands in the past but found that they cracked and had to be replaced. I am pleased with the quality of this product, it feels much more sturdy. I do not fear that the pieces will snpa or crack. The base is heavy but it helps keep it solidly on the counter when in use.

This is a great food processor. The chopping blade does such a great job, it is so sharp that I actually sliced my finger when handling it the first time. I just wasn’t expecting the quality of the blade. There is one attachment with an adjustable blade to slice different thicknesses. Another attachment needs only to be flipped to select large shred or fine shred. Breville has designed every part of this machine so thoughtfully and has combined solid, smooth quality with user friendliness. I highly recommend this food processor.

The food processor works beautifully. I did find the design change and I learned in a buying process about no cap is included for the little cylinder. I wished that product pamphlet mention of the design change. I thought my set was missing part. If there was a simple explanation of information on design change I would have known and did not have to try to reach out to Breville and return process and all the way. Other than that this FP has been the good replacement for the predecessor. I wish that the lid parts are simpler. Every time there are a lot of inserted parts for washing. The plus version comes with the accessory organizer which is useful to securely stored the sharp accessories and makes it easier to get organized as well as to access what you need efficiently. The smaller height of the main unit makes it possible for my kitchen to store the FP under the cabinet. The full size one would not fit under my kitchen cabinet.

Strong and fast processor but does not dice

I bought this not knowing that it does not dice and that I can't buy attachments to make it dice. Very unhappy about this. It's a great slicer but that isn't my need.
