Great appearance, poor quality

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Within 3 months of owning this appliance, it rapidly got worse in cooling performance until it barely cooled at all. Ice making got worse until non-existent even at max cool, despite pulling out the water filter and resetting the icemaker several times. Repair person saw that the evaporative cover was all iced up (and appeared to have been opened before), so it had to be steamed out. He replaced the icemaker, 2 electronic control panels, the I/m valve and the evaporative cover, stating these were known problems with this model. Really disappointed in the quality control and Jenn Air allowing this model still to be sold at retail. Only reason for 2 stars instead of 1 is the warranty.

Cons: Flimsy Construction
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Easy setup and we love the smart app option. Overall, great buy and would strongly recommend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Remodeled our kitchen two years ago with Jenn Air oven/microwave, gas cooktop, warming drawer and dishwasher but the existing refrigerator was relatively new so we didn’t replace at the time. Right as the Pandemic was starting the compressor failed on the 4 year old other brand refrigerator so I rushed to order a new one. We have been so happy with our other Jenn Air appliances I didn’t even look at other options. Counter depth refrigerators are small but Jenn Air technology and design maximizes the important spaces. I’m especially happy with the size of the produce drawers and freezer configuration and the rack for two wine bottles has been put to good use during quarantine.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought our Jenn-Air couple weeks ago. Our last one lasted 11years so we stuck with dames brand, similar model. After installation, it took some time to stabilize the refrigerator and freezer temperatures, about 3 days. The only other challenging part was hooking up WiFi to make sure we could get temp reading while gone traveling. Lastly, we use a lot of ice and so far it hasn’t kept up with our needs. We’re using the max ice setting so we’ll see how that goes. I guess I also am a little disappointed in having to clean fingerprints a lot.
We love all the features and over all enjoying our new Jenn-Air. We just hope it last as long and our other a Jenn-Air.

Beautiful design

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a replacement for one that could not be repaired. The only problem with it is that the ice maker is very slow and the ice container is small. Love the round ice cubes tho!
