Bad Design/manufacturing flaw - water filter

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Brought this refrigerator last year. Every time I need to replace the water filter it is stuck and I cannot get it out. Have to call a repairman. Now it also needs a new water line, which is on back order. I cannot use the water dispenser or the ice machine. I am now having to buy ice and bottled water until the repairs are made. This is definitely a design flaw.
Pros: Attractive Design
Cons: Leaks
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Poor design

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Interior design is terrible. Keeping things away from the vents doesn’t allow for adequate space. Sdoors do not keep items cold enough, and the crisper drawer freezes. And this is all after the settings were checked by a professional.

Most Amazing Refrigerator...If It Worked

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] One Star Rating because the unit never worked once delivered. Purchased the Jenn-Air refrigerator as it truly is the best in its class. The layout, design, lighting and storage are unsurpassed against every other model in its class. I can't gush enough about my Jenn-Air Convection/Microwave wall ovens, range top, and dishwasher. Upon delivery the refrigerator did not cool. The galaxy board was corrupt and after one month during the holidays of food in coolers on the back patio...we purchased a Bosch with an excellent reliability rating; but the interior layout is poor compared to the Jenn-Air. I'm truly devastated as functionality and reliability are very important to me and the investments I make in appliances.

Beautiful but leaks

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this refrigerator because the one we originally wanted was back ordered. It is beautiful and fits perfectly into our new kitchen. However, the ice maker on the door leaks horribly and makes frozen blocks of ice instead of cubes. I wish we would have waited for the back ordered fridge.
