Love it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Remodeled our kitchen two years ago with Jenn Air oven/microwave, gas cooktop, warming drawer and dishwasher but the existing refrigerator was relatively new so we didn’t replace at the time. Right as the Pandemic was starting the compressor failed on the 4 year old other brand refrigerator so I rushed to order a new one. We have been so happy with our other Jenn Air appliances I didn’t even look at other options. Counter depth refrigerators are small but Jenn Air technology and design maximizes the important spaces. I’m especially happy with the size of the produce drawers and freezer configuration and the rack for two wine bottles has been put to good use during quarantine.
Pros: Convenient, Attractive Design, Easy To Use, Quality Construction

Easy setup and we love the smart app option. Overall, great buy and would strongly recommend!

Great appearance, poor quality

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Within 3 months of owning this appliance, it rapidly got worse in cooling performance until it barely cooled at all. Ice making got worse until non-existent even at max cool, despite pulling out the water filter and resetting the icemaker several times. Repair person saw that the evaporative cover was all iced up (and appeared to have been opened before), so it had to be steamed out. He replaced the icemaker, 2 electronic control panels, the I/m valve and the evaporative cover, stating these were known problems with this model. Really disappointed in the quality control and Jenn Air allowing this model still to be sold at retail. Only reason for 2 stars instead of 1 is the warranty.

Superior quality, design, and service!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We unexpectedly had to replace a platinum interior KitchenAid refrigerator and quickly realized that we couldn’t live with the tacky, cheap white interior which is standard on most models. As we searched showroom after showroom, our disappointment at the flimsy, cheap plastic bins only grew. This JennAir blows them all away!! Everyone who comes to our house wants to see the obsidian interior and there are plenty off oooh’s and aaaah’s! Even the designer ice cubes get top marks. Plus, we can tell that our produce stays fresh much longer and the deep freeze function means no more freezer burn!!
