[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I first fell in love with this refrigerator last year. I finally brought my refrigerator this year and it was delivered on May 5, 2018. The best features for me were the obsidian interior, the frameless drawers, the lovely shape of the ice cubes and the LCD lights. So far my refrigerator is working wonderful. My only problem is that my right door seems to have a gap in it when closed which makes it look like the door is slightly ajar. I am hoping this problem will be resolved soon and I can continue to enjoy my beautiful refrigerator.
Pros: Attractive Design
Cons: Flimsy Construction

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The ice maker is pathetic. We only have 3 people in our house and 1 of them is a 10 year old that barely uses the ice maker. This refrigerator simply does not produce enough ice. For the price, this should be a top of the line model but it's clearly not. Also, it's been less than 1 year and it's already being serviced because it won't cool below 60 degrees. The replacement parts are on back order.

No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We will enjoy the kitchen makeover and predict we will recoup our investment at such time as we put our house on the market.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this refrigerator, and after waiting months because it was on back order, it finally arrived. The refrigerator is visibly attractive, especially with the obsidian interior. We have had people who have murmured "wow" when they open the doors. We are still getting used to the ways it functions differently from the Jenn Air we had before, particularly with silly things, like needing to open both french doors in order to access the fruit and vegetable drawers (as opposed to just opening one and being able to pull the drawer out); needing to turn on the light in the kitchen when using the freezer at night because the interior light doesn't shine on both levels; having to be extra cognizant of holding onto the glass when filling it with water because the water filler is pushed further forward, so the glass sits half on the shelf/half hanging off; or the awkwardness of trying to figure out where to put a tall bottle, like OJ or a gallon jug of milk, because the retractable shelf isn't all the way to the back, so there is an awkward, unusable space behind it when said tall bottles are in there. We also can't figure out the wifi features. Like I said, silly things, but ones I didn't realized I had never had to worry about before, so it has taken some adjusting. Also, we have the counter depth version, but it sticks out further than other refrigerators because of the way the back of the refrigerator is made. Unfortunately, in order to fix that, we would have needed to cut back further into the wall (wish we had known when our contractor was still around) and installed water line installed in a different configuration.
