[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a beautiful refrigerator. The black interior and lighting make the large inside elegant. Love the way the ice and water work. The only things I would change is I would make the freezer area bigger, and the stainless steel fingerprint proof, if possible.

Cons: Difficult To Clean

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just received it after a very long Covid delay. Four months. But it is beautiful. I liked my side by side but having two doors and everything at eye level for the fridge is nice. Let’s hope the quality holds up. This was a replacement of a 7 year old Jenn Air fridge.

Beautiful but not working after 18 months ….

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased this Jennair refrigerator after our Kitchaid finally stopped working after 18 years . We decided to buy this higher end Jennair model, which is the most expensive appliance we have at this time. It’s been 18 months and the freezer is not keeping things cold. The fan is noisy and we’ve replaced one fan and thermostor. Works for 5 days then problem starts again. INCREDIBLY DISAPPOINTING !! Since it’s 6 months past the one year warranty, Jennair is not covering repairs. Would not recommend .

Dark interior is different, but nice

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The fridge is a good product, with some quirks. The freezer does not have adequate lighting, so it's hard to find things in the deep drawer. Also, some of the space is wasted with a "pizza" slot in the front of the door--I don't buy frozen pizzas, so would have preferred a bigger main space. There is a funky slide out shelf (supposedly for platters being served before a party--really???). I use it for cheese since there is no cheese drawer. The small meat drawer is always packed to the gills, so if you have a lot of items, this may not work for you. The two vegetable drawers are similar to other refrigerators. The main compartment of the fridge has another funky shelf system--not a main space, but a bunch of small shelves along the side and back. There is nowhere in the fridge to have a tall bottle (wine or otherwise) that isn't in front of a half shelf.
Would I buy this again? No way. Is it impossible? No, but it takes effort to make it work efficiently.
