Has the things we wanted.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Has the features we wanted but several design flaws noted. 1) Pad on which one places glass or water bottle for filling with water is slippery. Our previous Jenn -Air had rubber pad on the placement pad, eliminating the slip factor. 2) interior drawers are designed in such a way that one cannot open just one door to access one drawer. Need to open both doors to access one drawer. Seems could design in a manner that one drawer is smaller than the other so could access by opening only one door.
3) no Jenn Air logo on exterior of frig. Found this odd. I had to look inside to make sure I had purchased a JennAir product. My kitchen when remodeled fourteen years ago was furnished with all JA appliances. We have replaced ( in the last 18 months) dishwasher, microwave and now fridge with JA. Double ovens and warming drawer are still original.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We finally replace our side by side with this model. So much more space. The self closing features are amazing, the obsidian interior is beautiful, the lighting superb and the ice cubes are sexy!

Spacious, sensible features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was delivered over a month ago and it is a very nice refrigerator. I have not been able to connect with the refrigerator with the wireless system. The refrigerator doesn't have this model on the Whirlpool site.

pretty but too delicate

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like the fridge but I am having problems with the ice maker and I was totally disappointed when I tried to adjust the shelves and ended up completely scratching the inside of the fridge. The other thing is the coating where water and ice dispense scratches way too easily. It scratched easily when I was filling an ice bucket. So sad.
