[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love...Love.....Love This Blender and all its attachments!!! Is it possible to make a spice-coffee grinder for this blender? Then I will have one blender that does it all - chop, blend, cut, etc. Again thanks for a great product!

Works good, but still not a100 % satisfied

My old blender is 800 watts and it pulverize pitted dates for all my smothies. My new oster 1200 watts leaves chunks of pitted dates.
Not to happy about that, I've been doing smothies for 10 plus years, this never happened with my old blender.

I am so happy! I purchased this blender when I noticed that my older one (over twenty years old) was about to leave this world; I had a "bullet" for smoothies and that was also losing power. I decided to get rid of both and go new! Great decision
ever!
Most of all I love the power it has and in seconds it blends smoothly and perfectly.
The style is clean and easy to maintain, no cracks and crannies that can't be cleaned after any spills. The pitcher comes apart easily for washing.
I hope this one last almost as long as my lost Oster blender!!

Great Blender till its not

recently i find i cant seat the blender into the machine no matter how i fiddle with the thing it sits on i turn & turn and cant find the proper spot, then i tried to start it just in case and it works fine as long as i push down on it, like the gears are stripped..i have had blenders for 15 years that never did that, is this just defective that it would strip out so quickly???

I LOVE the food processor and the blender but I HATE the fact that I cannot find the smoothie cup to purchase more. And being the larger blade, none of the older models can be substituted. If I could have found cups to purchase I would have given a 5 star review.

I bought this because the price was right. I never had a food processor before, so i dont know how it should sound. It was loud! A few months into it, it stopped working. Blender works but not the processor. That tells me the adapter went out. I would sometimes find black stuff in my food, looked like grease. Judging by the loud operation, it was probably bad from the get go. I bought this at Target so I hope I can get my receipt through them to be able to submit a claim. Otherwise I guess SOL. Not sure if I will recommend this product.
