Need help please ASAP

I have the offer 1200 and it worked great for me. I haven’t had any problems. I Haven’t had it that long, so don’t understand how it happened I was blending a shake and I was using the big glass attachment because I was doing shakes for multiple people and when I went to take the lid off after blending the spout part of the glass Where are you pour it out from broke off I need a replacement please ASAP. I use this multiple times a day. I can’t find any numbers on it anywhere to give you a model number or anything like that which I was surprised because usually items have those easily insight.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Crap processor

Food process mount breaks very easily. Got it replaced bu oster used it twice broke again. Only made hummus.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I've had this for a little over two months, even when new the buttons required multiple presses, but the power buttons itself is now completely broken, the jar no longer locks in, and the machine no longer even shows a power light. Avoid.

Impossible to find replacement parts

I received this as a Christmas gift and it works great but after a few moves, the food processor lid is missing and IMPOSSIBLE to find online, even as a whole set with the food processor cup, not worth rebuying the system. There should be more accessibility especially if you're keeping the base model the same. Parts wear out or break or get lost, it's life.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
