Good Riddance Ninja!

After trying to contact Ninja about my defective smoothie cup, I decided to look at another brand, so glad I did! First thing about this blender is it's all metal drive and blades, not plastic like the Ninja. You also get a glass container, not plastic and best of all they give you a 3 year total satisfaction guarantee and a 10 year warranty overall. Ninja doesn't even cover their products for a year, it's a year limited, which basically means, good luck with our cheap plastic products. About the power... using the Nina (1,500 watt) vs the Oster 1,200 watt, there is no comparison. Either the Ninja is not really 1,500 watts or the blades are not as good, because the Oster doesn't even show any sign of blending when I do the same smoothie. There were many times using the Ninja that I had to keep adding liquid to get it to blend and with the Oster it just handles whatever I put in there. I'm very impressed with this product and after this I won't be purchasing any more Ninja products. Do yourself a favor... if you are looking for a great smoothie machine, this is it, trust me I know. That is what I eat for lunch everyday along with my veggie burger! Also, when I called Oster about registration, I actually got to speak with a human being! Ninja customer service is nonexistent.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Excellent machine

Bought this machine two months ago and my life is easy since then. Food processor is Ginnie. It does everything.
I'm not going to use any other blender for long time now.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Didn't last long for an Oster...

I was very happy with the blender at first. it has great smoothie power and features to blend up really smooth. After about 2 months it started making a terrible noise and a piece came loose. I was able to get it back into place but 3 weeks later it totally came out and i can't use the blender at all. This was surprising as I have had Oster kitchen items for over 20 years and this just didn't make the cut. hopefully the warranty process will be good.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great features

I bought this blender in December, 2019 and loved it's features and performance. About one week ago with agonizing disappointment the motor started to die. Filled with ingredients for a much anticipated smoothie it took countless times of continued pressing buttons while the motor struggled to perform. I returned it yesterday and am supposed to receive s replacement of a slightly different model. Hopeful I will resume my smoothies and other blended dishes I originally purchased it for.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

How can I order bowl lid for Oster Pro1200 Plus

Blender works but food processor failed .

I’ve had this blender for 3 years and really started using a lot more in past 4 months.
I am happy with the blender but the food processor which I just started using twice a week fir past few months broke down .
It started making a horrible noise and just stopped working g it looks like the black piece stopped spinning .
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Oster blender

Both blades on my Oster blender are leaking liquid through the blades and the blades are now lose. So I ordered new blades the 4 blade and 6 blade and within 45 days these new blades started leaking liquid through the blade and are loss so they vibrate with i blend the greens or fruit smoothies.
