[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This machine was gifted to me just a few days before Christmas and what an exceptional gift it is*******the only reason for only 4 stars is because of the tea basket. I use many different kinds of loose tea and most often the tea likes to hang out in that basket, which is not a HUGE problem , but is most often a problem when I am in a morning hurry!
Do you have any suggestions to help alleviate that concern?
That is my only problem with is wonderfully magic machine……even green taste good with no bitter taste

I preferred and received the black tea kettle for Christmas. I have berry and herb gardens in which I collect leaves and make tea. I always used the stove top kettle; so, I was excited to receive a kettle which would be automatic and have so many other options. I still can not believe how much the taste of the teas changed; the kettle is absolutely wonderful, the difference in taste is amazing! The kettle is easy to use and I am having so much fun trying different teas including some of the recipes you provided in the booklet.The loose leaves come out of the infuser easily! The teas are great for a couple or several cups. Thank you for providing such a great product!

First couple of years worked well, loved the different temperature settings. Now after using it sparing for 2 years, it won't heat up at all in any settings.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
