Retractable cord shorted out

Great iron except the retractable cord stopped working shortly after purchase. Also, where the cord comes out of house the edge of the housing cut through cord and shorted it out. I dismantled the housing and don’t know if it’s worth trying to cut and solder back together.
I bought this a month ago and am completely satisfied with it. It is hard to find a cordless iron. The only negative thing was that it took a while to receive it,
I would recommend this to a friend!

I bought mine a couple of weeks ago. It heats up very quickly, and produced plenty of steam for my needs. The retractable cord was icing on the cake!
I would recommend this to a friend!

The iron is leaking during the ironing process although it is supposed not to.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

There are a few reasons the Iron might leak:
1. The iron has to be filled on Dry Fill or it will leak. 2. Iron must be hot and set to a steam appropriate setting before turning to steam and starting to iron or it will leak. 3. Iron must not be Stored with water in it on steam setting. 4. Iron can't be Overfilled. 5. Must wait long enough for the iron to heat up, before turning to steam. 6. Trying to iron on too low of a setting. 7. Used shot of steam too many times in a row. It will cool down the soleplate.

Leaks like crazy

It worked for a while but it leaks badly, makes a mess of my shirts.

Cord won’t retract after 1st use

The very first time I used it, the cord retract button does not work at all. Iron works, cord retract does not.........

Power is on but it will not get hot

I purchased the iron and the its getting power but it will not get hot the plate remains cold
