[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this today and am THRILLED! Steam feature works well and temperature better than sufficient. I like the retractable cord just be careful when using the first time. It's fast! It's a bit heavy, but not a problem. Price was great!

I purchased 10 months ago. It started leaking about 4 or 5 months later. It is rather annoying to get a puddle when I stand it up.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Iron burns every thing not matter what setting it is on. Only had for 2 weeks not and completely stopped work this morning. Very unhappy about this!
