Not sure I'll use it again

I like TurboTax, but I don't like the fact that you are asked to answer questions absent any context regarding how those answers will affect your return, or what the question means. I had to exit the program several times to research an issue through the IRS website or other sources (such as - "Do you want to claim any other tax credit?" without explaining what those might be or providing any link to figuring that out or whether or not it might apply. I will probably go back to using an accountant, since I am basically expected to be one to use the software. I think there was more guidance provided in last year's edition - I think this may be a ply to get the extra money they want you to pay for accounting assistance. However, by the time you have paid for the fed, state, accounting, etc, you may as well have hired an accountant to do your taxes. At least then you have some guidance and some assurance that you did it right.
What's great about it: Filing is simple
What's not so great: Not enough guidance

Great System For Small Business

Have used it for 10 years and it is a joy to work with no matter how complicated our tax work gets.
What's great about it: Q&A format makes it easy and swift and foolproof
What's not so great: expensive

Dependable Year After Year

I must have used TurboTax at least 12 years in a row. I have always been able to depend on them to provide answers so that I don't have to go searching for how to handle something. And the questions they use flow very smoothly as the process moves along.
What's great about it: It is always dependable
What's not so great: Not really a con. But it would be nice to know how much time is left based on previous years returns.

First Time Filer

As a first time filer and first time business owner, this is the frist time i've really ever filed taxes - as a young entrepreneur this gave me and my partners the confidence we needed to "follow the rules".
What's great about it: Simple walkthroughs, very detailed, helpful guidelines
What's not so great: none

Easy To Do Your First Time Corporate Tax Return

Made my fears of filing a business tax return go away early on in the process of stepping through entering all of the basic information.
What's great about it: Step by step method is very easy to understand and follow.
What's not so great: Editing values on forms could be made more intuitive by stating "override" is required.
