The amending process proceeded quickly and required pages printed out easily. The program didn't include the address to which to send the paper return and it could NOT be filed electronically, which would have been preferable.
What's great about it: Not too difficult to use
What's not so great: Did not provide an IRS address

First time trust return was painless

This was my first time using TurboTax Business, for a trust return. I am new at this, and learning as I go. TurboTax provided a good walk through. Just one shortcoming - and this is a major shortcoming - TurboTax Business will not download 1099s from brokers. Next year I will have to hard key many, many transactions, not good.

What's not so great: Can't download broker 1099

Great for Small Business!

I have used turbo tax business for my S-corp tax return for YEARS. I love the ease of importing my information from year to year, the help buttons, and how simple it is to correct and amend as I reconcile my return to my accounting records. I also appreciate that they flag common errors so I can avoid those pitfalls!
I do find the "filing an extension" feature hard to use. I usually just go to the IRS website and do it myself.
What's great about it: Step by step instructions, easy to correct and amend
What's not so great: Hard to find extension form

While submitting returns in March, 2017, message "submit failed, try it late.." is very confuse. We wonder returns have problems, or network has problems. Why you do not just say "Currently, e-file does not work. Please e-file late."

I found this to be confusing to find the forms I wanted to use. I just closed my tax preparation business and was used to other software which may have been the problem.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

TurboTax is so easy! Just answer the questions and it does the work. It even found me some home business deductions I was unaware of!

Easy Peasy

Last year I used H&R and wanted to pull out my hair. I took three times as long and wasn't accurate at all. I was dreading doing the taxes this year, but with Turbo tax it turned out to be pretty easy. Please get it for Mac! the only bad part was having to do it on my laptop.
