Trust Return Schedule J error

Generally very useful and usable with a small trust, though you need to know some details about the nature of the trust that are not obvious. The program erroneously directed me to file a Schedule J, for form 1041 when that was not required. Finally determined this by reviewing help, which indicated this is a known, occasional glitch. Please fix!
What's great about it: Pretty straightforward, saved $400

Filing Trust Tax using Turbo Tax Business

It's far better than doing it yourself or using an expensive traditional preparer. But it's not as well integrated as Turbo Tax Premier. Examples: no import from Brokerage accounts, no eFile option for State filing, Does not take you to State Filing after you're done with eFiling the Federal filing. Unclear issues during review process with sketchy recommendations on how to fix.
What's great about it: Guide preparer through various steps
What's not so great: Not as integrated as Turbo Tax Premier

Just afraid of what I don't know. I had an accountant do my trust filings for the first two years. I did it with turbotax this year and feel pretty good about it but just afraid of what I don't know. The way my K-1 Box 14E calculated out was different from what my accountant did the previous two years. Was the accountant wrong? I wouldn't be surprised but I couldn't drill down on this field to check it. Again, just afraid of what I don't know. Please double check this TurboTax!
What's great about it: Made easy tax filing for Trusts. Thank you - you saved me $1200.
What's not so great: Just afraid of what I don't know.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Another excellent year

For anyone with a trust, TTAX is the best. Carry forward data each year makes the 2d use and subsequent uses very easy.
What's great about it: imports from previous year
What's not so great: price increases unjustified

Trust problems

I really love that I can use TT for these returns at a fraction of the cost a CPA or attorney would cost.
Wish I could efile state, too (Cali)
Would like auto-fill and support for forms generated by master limited partnership K-1s. Trusts are usually investment heavy, and these are popular investments. But, each year, it seems more is added, so on the right track.
What's great about it: Can do most of return on TT
What's not so great: Still missing support for a few forms; can't efile state
Pros: I bought or sold investments

Business Turbo Tax was helpful in my completing 2 trust 1041s for family. However, the IRS tax code and terminology for trusts is complex and required a lot of reading and questions to others with expertise in this area. My residential trusts were actually pretty simple but tax code is not!
What's great about it: Good on inputting forms/info and calculating a lot of things from there that I wouldn't have known as well what to do
What's not so great: IRS tax code for trusts terminology, etc is complex to understand!
