Step-by-step e-Filing works however, TurboTax Business has some gaps in information and data verification. A most annoying flaw is that TurboTax Business fails to import the accounts from QuickBooks correctly!

I feel if we could check the forms also at some times, this may add some extra checks for most people.
Also could consider adding a bit more information to the descriptions. Some seem to be a bit technical and could use a bit simpler wording.

We have had this return done over ten years and this corp. doesn't have any activity, just a shell in case it's needed in the future. So just had to look at last year and do ourselves what we've been paying to have done.
What's great about it: Didn't take long.

Still needs refinement handling Estates

I ended up wasting many hours today because the instructions for handling the 3.33% real estate withholding were unclear in the Business software, AND there were no clear instructions in the knowledge base AND it was almost impossible to find the support phone number AND the agent didn't know about this issue, took forever, and finally gave me wrong information.
What's great about it: Love how it imports last year's data. Step by step is easy.
What's not so great: Lacked clear instructions for handling key California tax withholding
