Exactly what you expect from TurboTax

TurboTax is the same every year. Same good stuff. Same bad stuff too though. Seems the product should improve over time but never does. Absolutely hate that if you redo a section it remembers *some* of your earlier entries but not all. Hate even more when it asks *me* to look up a value from a previous year tax form (I started my return by importing last year's TurboTax return. TurboTax should look it up itself.) Love that it shows me side by side last year's numbers vs. this year's number. Hate that it only defaults some answers to last year's answer. Hate even more that if it's not going to default the answer at least show me last year's answer side by side. Hate that it's missing a form (6198) I needed this year. I have to do that form manually and manually adjust the TurboTax entries. May as well skip TurboTax and hire an accountant.

Video explanations would be nice for some difficult topics.
What's great about it: Excellent guided tour with clean interface
What's not so great: Some explanations can use further examples to bolster the explanation of questionable topics.

I have never been able to reconcile Assets = Liabilities plus Owners (i.e., Partners Capital Account) Equity without using an over ride and "pencil whip" the value of the Partners Capital Account. I have verified all data has been entered properly as to values. I need a contact from TurboTax to determine what I have been doing wrong all these years since I have had this same issue every year. I have been a TurboTax user since 1990.

Better than H&R Block's business return product since it is more than a forms printer.

I like this product.
I have used several times.
It would be much handier if it could be filled online, to facilitate access to older years. I lost my last year's "tax document", and I couldn't retrieve it for this year's filling. I tried with my "pdf" copy; but, it didn't work.
