Easy and Quick

I love TT, I´ve been using it since 2003. Almost every year, skiping the CPAs fees, except for special cases.
What's great about it: Very usefull, to do it myself
What's not so great: no chat or online support available

Slow road to china

I used this on a VM on a mac. It would have been easier to install from an online download. The CD kept getting to the end (98%) and stalling. I had to uninstall and re-install a couple of times. Finally, it worked. Not sure what happened but a download and install option would have been preferred.
What's great about it: Works fine once it installed
What's not so great: install kept hanging up.

Excellent walk through!

Very nice and simple. The examples helped clear up a lot of my questions and also allowed me to see other users questions and their solutions.
What's great about it: Asked a lot of questions on the walkthrough
What's not so great: Would have liked the State and Federal to be able to be printed individually

Got it done in spite of it...

I purchased Quick Books online this year to make taxes even easier. Then during the process found out that only the downloaded desktop version can be used for import. Worse yet, there are blogs mentioning this for a while and yet so far they have no plans mentioned to ever add it in the future.
The final review check found a few things in worksheets that had to be answered but didn't have any support for example: code list for disaster or Net Op Loss, recovery period, and SIC code list.
Otherwise, I like the simplicity of finding the relevant items, simple form fill out, respective help notes, and step-by-step walk-through. Thank you.
What's great about it: Easy to use
What's not so great: Can not import from Quick Books Online!!!! Some items found in the final review had no explanation.
