2016 Business has a glitch. I prepared two Partnership returns with 1065's (including the State of Oregon returns) as I have done for years. But when I finished my THIRD LLC tax return TurboTax did NOT prepare the Oregon return as it had for the other two returns I prepared. This must be some "glitch" in the program. I hope TurboTax/Intuit fixes this glitch.
What's great about it: Easy to use... been using it for 11 years
What's not so great: The 2016 edition had some "glitches" but were fixed

Wrong State filing date!

Said my State S-Corp filing date was April, 18, 2017. That is wrong, it's March 15, 2017.
I caught it, but those who didn't could have penalties assessed.
What's great about it: Quite helpful, intuitive

Super-quick, Super-easy

It flows very easily from Quickbooks for corporate taxes. The explanations are pretty clear. It helps me to set up my Quickbooks properly.

We use TurboTax every year to do our Corporate and Personal Taxes. Through the years it has saved us thousands of dollars in Professional Tax Preparer fees.
We love it!

Turbotax business is easy to use and will guide the user on the way.
However, the cost to repeating customers is high. One can find turbotax elsewhere for about 80% of the price. And their "auto" order is no bargain.

Program placed an amount under contribution which did not belong there.
I did not previously fill out this section and it caused me to waste two hours trying to track down the error.

I know I am going to be told that I incorrectly entered this amount on the line, but again, I had no reason to open this line to begin with.

Great Except for Incompatibility with Mac

I've used TurboTax for years for personal and business tax returns. I remain surprised that a Mac compatible business version has never been offered to my knowledge.
