I've been using Turbo Tax for Corporations for several years. This year the deductions screens took me twice as long as last year's because the "common" deductions screen and the "other" deductions screens prompted several duplicate entries. Because they're not shown together it took me a couple of hours longer to complete my 2016 taxes. I hope this issue is simplified for 2017!
What's not so great: The deductions screens.

Room for improvement

Really really want a web version, or at least a Mac version!
I had some issues e-filing / transmitting my return initially a few days ago but I've tried again today and it worked.
The process to import data from Quickbooks Online is really difficult and not straightforward at all. I had to 1. run a virtual windows machine, 2. export through IE with an ActiveX control (!) 3. import through Quickbooks desktop 4. get errors about company form 5. fix local QB file to have my company details (should have been imported from QBO) 6. import into TurboTax (phew!)
What's great about it: Workflows in the app are great.
What's not so great: No Web / Mac version, painful to import from Quickbooks Online.
Pros: I had a baby, I moved

The lack of upload functionality is the big disappointment with this software, if it is available in the personal tax software why not in this software?
What's not so great: no upload ability

I had several transaction from financial institution/brokerage account. The personal version of TurboTax would allow me to import data from these accounts. The business version didn't offer me that choice.
What's not so great: Did not have option to import info.
Pros: I bought or sold investments

Had to buy both Premier and Business to do my deceased mothers taxes, would think there is a better way.
What's great about it: Once entered software OK.
What's not so great: Had to enter all my 1040 info into 1041.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Wish Turbo Tax had a product where you could prepare a 1040 and a 1041 using the same product.
What's great about it: Fairly easy to use
What's not so great: E-file too complicated
