Intuit seems to be listening

Have used TurboTax since the beginning, 20 years or so. Like everyone else, have been through the ups and downs with the products. Some years I complained bitterly, but stuck it out. I file 4 returns each year: 3 company and one personal. So far, things are going smoothly without a single call to Intuit/TurboTax. I've never had a problem with individual reps - in fact their efforts in the past are what kept me using the products. Well trained and professional. So I'm thinking that Intuit is listening to their customers. If that's true, keep it up and I will keep coming back to TurboTax. This year's Business and Deluxe are doing their jobs. Thanks Intuit. Signed, a very long time loyal customer.
What's great about it: Easy to use, trustworthy

Federal went great, state kind-a sucks

For CA handling, there are a number of exceptions where just copying from the federal form doesn't necessarily work. However, TurboTax just kind of dumps it on you in the review, and gives very little help as to how to "fix" the number. Unfortunately, it doesn't even make an assumption about the number, so I have no idea what should be going in there.
What's great about it: Federal LLC return works well
What's not so great: State (CA) handling non-optimal

I use this every year. The federal return always works great. Some years the New York State S corp form does too. Not this year.
What's great about it: Very easy from year to year.
What's not so great: State form review works poorly

State (MN) was much better than previous versions. Previous versions didn't autofill. I ended up just filling it out the same as the free paper copy that I could get from the state. This time, it worked seamlessly with the federal version. Federal seemed easier too. Overall, it was a great experience.

The Business version is too expensive, State does not come as apart of the price. Cannot do individual with it. TaxAct bundle option is starting to look good. If FED rejects return no reason is given problem is amost impossible to fix.
What's great about it: Easy to use
What's not so great: Must buy state seperatly. Problems with loading state, no flexibility, almost did not use SW
