QUICKBOOKS ONLINE IMPORT FAIL

TURBOTAX IS A GREAT PROGRAM, BUT NO MATTER WHAT, WHEN YOU HAVE QUICKBOOKS ONLINE, YOU CAN'T IMPORT THE FILE TO TURBOTAX AND GET EVERTYTHING DONE...

Although the standard Turbotax has the feature to download files from Brokerage accounts, this is not available on this version of TurboTax Business. As the software is available on your other programs why do you not have it on this program?

Simplified Business Tax Filing!

This is my first year using Turbo Tax Business for my C Corporation and I will be using it again next year. The software walks you through each item step by step with suggestions and definitions along the way. I was initially very intimidated by the thought of filing my own business taxes, but the help section and detailed descriptions of all tax requirements really simplified the filing process and filled in the gaps of my inexperience. I really learned a lot during the process and got the job done - a win, win!
What's great about it: Step by step with suggestions, plus automatic review for anything missing.

A bit clunky

Not as great as in prior years. The finishing up process is clunky- not intuitive, not clear, not easy.
What's great about it: Thorough
What's not so great: I came back to electonically file later, and it had lost my attached signature page.

Surprisingly Helpful

I needed to use a research credit form. All was well for federal, but the form required was missing from CA state. Phone support advised me to do a right click override on key fields to include the deduction. But since I couldn't attached the extra form I was forced to file tax forms by mail rather than electronically for CA state. Other than that minor issue all when very well.
What's great about it: Issues resolved I thought were impossible
What's not so great: Need ability to attached extra forms not in Turbo Tax

Poor Technology

The price is good, but this was definitely a poor version. I have used Turbo Tax products, but none of the personal programs are as poor as the business product. Not a lot of explanations or help as the personal products.
What's great about it: Good Price
What's not so great: Not as easy to use as your personal products
