Missing forms and explanations

I have used turbo tax for business for a number of years without problems, so I was particularly aggravated this year when it needed info during the review process that it should have filled in during the step by step.
Even more aggravating was that it said that I needed to attach an additional form to the efile, which they said was included (but not part of the step by step and then actually was not included) and there was no way to attach it.
I am very disappointed in the product this year.

What's great about it: Most of it simple to use
What's not so great: missing key forms and explanations that inexplicably fell out of interview. Filed return without form after saying that

Owned business 16yrs, 1st time doing taxes myself

I have always hired a CPA to do our business and personal taxes. We are a LLC and file as a S-Corp. I used the turbo-tax for businesses and it produced the K1 forms we needed and walked me through everything. Since it was my first time it took a few hours. However, the cost savings was worth it! I no longer feel stuff and the need to hire a CPA for everything. It's great to have a CPA or bookkeeper to help keep your Quickbooks or other financial books clean. In the years when funds are low this is a great option. Support online was awesome!
What's great about it: The program asked real questions I could relate to and understand. Questions in my language.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Won't let you efile

Great if you want to mail the return but I wanted to send it via efile which did not happen.

Turbo Tax Business 2016

This software crashes on almost every use! The second start of the software always fails. It must be uninstalled and reinstalled for each successful use. Sometimes it crashes the whole operating system (Windows 7 Professional). I have tried it on two different computers with different hardware but the same operating system. I am a software professional. This software is garbage. Unfortunately, I must continue to use it to finish my taxes. You have lost me as a customer because you have wasted my time.
What's great about it: I have used Turbo Tax Business for more than a decade. It was always very reliable in the past.
What's not so great: Poor and unstable performance!

I would highly recommend Turbotax for business. It was superquick and easy. If it was compatible with Macs it would be perfect.
What's great about it: Easy to complete, easy to understand, just easy

no more CPA Fees!

After paying CPA fees for over 20+ years I decided to try TurboTax. As I always gave the CPA the figures to use for our returns, I thought I would give TurboTax a try. Wish I had done it years earlier. Even transferring prior years ending numbers was a piece of cake. The software prompts you where to find the info. Highly recommend for all business tired of over paying your CPA.
What's great about it: Easy to do a S corp return

QUICKBOOKS ONLINE IMPORT FAIL

Still not happy that I can't import from the QUICKBOOKS online version...and their work around...doesn't work.

ENTERS IN EXTRANEOUS INFO

THE PROGRAM ENTERED IN %'S FOR THE MEMBERS OF MY LLC IN NO PARTICULAR ORDER AND WHEN IT CAME TO DO THE FINAL REVIEW THE % WAS OFF FOR MOST OF THE MEMBERS AND MANY WERE NOT WHAT I PLACED IN THE PROGRAM AT ALL OR THERE WAS NO QUESTION RELATED TO WHAT WAS PLACED ON THE RETURN. EXTREMELY CONFUSING AND TOOK A LONG TIME TO FIX.
What's great about it: I CAN DO IT MYSELF
What's not so great: IT IS NOT A USER FRIENDLY PROGRAM AS CLAIMED
