Good but ...

I have used Turbo Tax for our business since 2006. If you don't understand accounting, then you won't understand doing your own corporate taxes.
What's great about it: Easy if you know accounting or taxes
What's not so great: Not for the novice do-it-yourselfer

I love Turbo Tax for my business

I have used Turbo Tax to file my business and personal taxes for over 10 years. I dont know why anyone would file their taxes any other way.
What's great about it: Easy and to the point
What's not so great: I cant think of one

Easy for S-Corp

Great product. Found it very easy to do my own S-Corp taxes.
What's great about it: Directions were very good
What's not so great: Kept going to places during review where I did not see anything wrong.

Made it Easy

The program was easy to navigate. The only negative aspect was after I entered a K1 for one person and hit done. When I selected add another, it was not evident who I was entering the information for until the next/review screen. This gives a 99.9% review. I will use it again.
What's great about it: Questions were to the point with expanded references if necessary
What's not so great: K1 info not always evident

just what you expect and need

For what it is, it works and works well. This is the first year that I attempted to do my wife's S Corp with out our tax preparer. Given the complexity, and my lack of experience, things went well. I saved about $300 to boot. Considering that she has a small one person business, that is a meaningful cost savings. Now its time for a Scotch.
What's great about it: simple, fast and supportive
What's not so great: yes, it cost money...

Partnership Form 1065

Those who advise need to know how to get rid of or otherwise blank out balance sheets, M1 & M2 when they are out of balance and are not required to file under $250,000 or 1 million in assets.
What's great about it: Liked the friendly experts.
What's not so great: The experts do not readily know how to delete or zero out Schedule L, M1 and M2, when they are not required for filing.
