i did my tax return 2015 with third part.
because I couldn't do nothing on this program I bought.
Now I am trying to do my tax return 2016, the software is ask me for 2015.
it is driving me crazy.
how could to cancel the 2015 and start 2016 tax return?
If I can't please give me my money back.

Difficult, ungainly and unfriendly

I am so glad that this is the last year I will be using TurboTax. It is an ordeal to use this awful software.
What's great about it: It is tax software
What's not so great: Always an 'upsell', doesn't help with difficult situations, Requires Internet Explorer to import from quickbooks online

I love how simple this software is and how in debt it is. Been using it for years and always happy with the results.

Using Turbo Tax

I work for the IRS doing volunteer taxes using TaxWise. I find Turbo Tax more user friendly, especially for inexperienced filers. The step by step guidance walks you through the forms and checks your answers. I have used Turbo Tax for personal taxes in the past and liked it. This year the IRS switched to a new software that isn't as friendly as TaxWise or Turbo Tax. Keep up the good work Turbo Tax.
What's great about it: Step by step guidance. Ability to skip sections.
What's not so great: Can't think of any.

Great Product

TurboTax is great for preparing and submitting taxes for our small business (Partnership LLC). I like that it easily imports all the required data from QuickBooks and from the previous year's tax return so that I only need to review a few items before filing.
What's great about it: Easy to use.
What's not so great: Can be expensive.
