2016 Partnership returns

What's great about it: The layout and procedures were generally fine.
What's not so great: had a lot of difficulty in finding where to enter additional capital conyributions made by partners during the year.

I'm super happy with this year's tax filing process. It was much easier than last year because this year I was able to e-file my California return in addition to my federal return. If Turbo Tax worked with QuickBooks Online, I would give it 5 stars.
What's great about it: I was able to e-file both returns this year
What's not so great: Wish Quickbooks Online Info xferred over

One-person "S" Corp; I keep running versions throughout the year; it's frequently difficult to cross reference between 1120s, K, and 1040
What's great about it: all forms available
What's not so great: cross-referencing between subsquent versions

Must use the online for efile

I have used Turbo Tax since the 90's and I was confused at the beginning of using this product and went with the on my computer and there is no e file for my W-2's as I've had in the past.

Made Tax Preparation Less Painful!

Liking to get it done, this year was easiest yet! 3rd year doing Corporate taxes and only issue was waiting a couple days for all the forms I needed - minor and understandable in these volatile times.
What's great about it: Easy to use, best options for small corporation use.
What's not so great: Had to wait until some forms were published.

By and large, still easy to use for my simple C corp. The s/w knew more from previous returns than it had in years past, which is a good improvement, but still asked me to fill in obscure questions with no hint at what the right answers were, or their implications.
Most questions below are irrelevant for a C corp and will be ignored.
What's great about it: Easy to use, guided me thru
What's not so great: Still dod not know info from previous returns, but better than the past
