Doesn't save work

I lost all of my work when I realized there was an error because the program doesn't automatically save the work. Then I made more mistakes trying to recreate the numbers. I wasted another hour reconstructing the backup data.

Succint!

I have used turbo tax for 10 years, in a monthly basis. Once you know it, with turbo tax business it is easy to file. I enter the numbers, check, recheck and then efile. I look forward every years to work with turbo tax.
What's great about it: I got the job done with turbotax business.
What's not so great: I need more information about the new laws. Links to other websites will help.

The entire process is much better than trying to fill out the paper form. Worth every penny.
What's great about it: Guided to avoid mistakes
What's not so great: Member loans are a pain
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Put a drop down definition of every non lay everyday word? For example, How do I know if dividends are taxable or not? Put an explanation of that in a drop down by the question.
Allocable? put a drop down explanation on that. The beneficiary is entitled to the income, it could be allocated, but I don't make any distributions, so it's not allocated, is it? So explain what you mean by that question.
What's great about it: Thorough
