I have now completed both our personal and Corporate tax filings. It basically could not have been easier. I did prepare in advance thinking I would submit on my own before choosing TurboTax. So I did have 99% of the information/data ready without thinking. But this process gives you huge confidence in what you are submitting and even gets you some deductions you would have missed.It is an excellent choice and I will for sure use it next year.
What's great about it: Clear, precise and basically uncomplicated.
What's not so great: Occasionally assumes prior knowledge.

Room for modernization

Great product, great support. The trouble is that it is 2017 and I'm using a Mac. This is the only piece of software I use that requires Windows. Would be nice to port this version to the web with a nice updated UI!
What's great about it: Works well for what it is intended
What's not so great: Could use an update on UI, web version preferred

10th Year to use Turbo Tax

My tenth year to use Turbo Tax for Business. I do a LLC and an S corp. The returns are clear with excellent explanations for any errors that you input.
I switched fro Turbo Tax from one year a while back. Probably will not do that again.

Great Online Help

I've used Turbo Tax for many years and like that the proper forms and entries required for both my personal return and one I manage as a Trustee are presented in a clear and logical fashion. The ability to switch between the interview mode and the forms view is also very useful.
What's great about it: Easy use online help, and the proper forms are selected for me.
