Originally I tried turbo tax for the business and found it to be too confusing, but this year turbo tax was easier than the other program I normally use, so thanks for changing and simplifying. Business taxes aren't always the easiest to do.

Short of expectations

This is the second year in a row that I used TurboTax for Business and for personal. I have only completed the Business and because it is a 1120 for a C-corp it is usually involved.
I thought that since the state was downloadable that the federal would be too. Not so. I had to purchase the CD at my local Sam's club. This would be a welcome improvement. I didn't use the "free" web-based because I don't trust it to keep my information secure.
An irritating issue was that it didn't remember my net income. I think I entered it a dozen times. Every time I went back it deleted it.
Other issues were in the way that it calculated NOL. It would not total the corrected values on the NOL worksheet and even though it had a value it would not acknowledge that in the text on the next page.
I have done this manually for over 10 years now and have even done other businesses other than my own. It was more frustrating than it has ever been only because I didn't feel in control of the numbers or the outcome.
What's great about it: A different perspective
What's not so great: Could not download software without going to a store and purchasing the CD. Annoying issues with software,

Top Notch Software

This tax preparation software is ideal for people who own a business. Its easy because it lets you import directly from Quickbooks, or it takes you through the process of data entry step by step.
The Program is also Accurate. I can count on the results being an accurate result for my taxes and, finally, the program is complete. There are not other add-ons that you need to do your taxes.
From beginning to filing, the best way to do your business' taxes is TurboTax.

Easy to follow and use in one day

I have been using turbo tax for years and have always had a very easy experience, getting my taxes done in a day. A low stress experience.
What's great about it: Very methodical and easy to follow
What's not so great: Nothing, even going backwards was easy to handle.

Partership return sooooo easy

This is so quick and professional. The k-1 forms look great for the partners. It took less time this year since I had everything set up with TurboTax last year.

Intuit/Turbox Rules

Use QB, Turbotax Business & Turbotax Premier.
Started with Intuit QB in 1996 and have used Turbotax for years. Their products are dummy proof. Having some bookkeeping & tax knowledge helps for complex tax returns like mine. I always hit one wall during processing but their customer service his always patient & helpful.

Solid and Easy Business Tax filing

Easy filing of taxes for your small business corporation. Integrated E-filing with no extra charges is a welcome addition. It is certainly a life safer for Small businesses without too many resources.
What's great about it: Easy data entry, logical flow for any small business
What's not so great: PC only version, No MAC version

Loved it

I was so hesitant to buy this because I usually do it all myself and I'm cheap. I had to do a partnership for the first time and was intimidated by the long form. Turbo Tax seriously made it so easy, saved me hours of trying to comprehend the IRS language and took away my anxieties of wondering if I did it right!
What's great about it: So easy
