Why does my cooktop not come on when I push the temp button then startup acts like the fan starts then stops and the cooktop then beeps at me. Please help

I do love my NuWaves except for when I need to simmer a soup or stew on low heat. The lowest heat temperature seems to stop cooking while the 2nd level takes the liquid to a rapid boil.<br><br>Is it possible to lower the second level a little to keep the liquid simmering without stopping cooking altogether?

I use my NuWave at least 2-3 times daily. melt chocolate and keep it at a low constant temperature fry everything in the non stick pans. love to make omelets and the temperature is always perfect. I can count on always being accurate. Bought my 3 kids one for Christmas a couple of years ago and they love them as much as I do. they even take them camping and use outside on the picnic table. Mine isn't working now so I am definitely buying a new one

I bought these 3 years ago for myself and my family ... The best thing I have spent my money on when it comes to cooking . Highly recommend that you buy the pots and pans that are offered ... Extremely high Quality for a great price ....

live in a 5th wheel and am on on oxygen the nuwave products give me the independence to cook for myself. do not have to unhook oxygen to cook and no worry about fire . love it.
