We are full-time RVers we dont use the stove top ever I have 2 NuWave burners use one every day. It never heats up my RV. Just discovered I can cook in my cast iron skillets on it. Yay

I upgraded from my 10 year old Nu Wave to the PIC Gold. With the larger cooking area and adjustable power range, this thing is awesome! I'm getting a couple for my kids. I rarely use my stove top any more because this is so much more efficient. I also take it on every hunting or fishing trip I go on. My friends expect me to bring, it is such a simple awesome product!

My go to for stovetop cooking

I purchased two platinum pic’s over 4 years ago. I have used them every day and highly recommend this product. I have only used our stovetop twice in the past 4 years. I was skeptical but I can’t live without my induction cooking.

The best investment I ever made for the kitchen. I have had mine for 10 years. The programmable feature is essential for me. I set it at a high temperature for a few minutes and then schedule it to lower the temperature for the time required and walk away. I can rely it will cook as programmed and when I come back my food will be ready (even when I forget it). To my knowledge other cooktops of this type do not have this programmable feature. Very reliable and I would never buy a stove again. These cooktops are efficient and easy to put where I need them. Can even take them to a potluck to cook or keep my food warm. Use them several times a day and am delighted with the results every time. A great gift too for dear friends. Can't say enough about NuWave-Pic. It has improved my cooking results tremendously.

Small and Mighty Very Reliable!

The PIC keeps me safe from open flames. Safety is important when living in a tiny space made mostly out of wood!
The PIC is my favorite Nuwave product. You can make the best boneless, skinless chicken so quickly. So nice and juicy. Here's the SECRET: you want to under cook it just a little bit! I'm using ~ 230 degrees. Besides when you slice meat into evenly thick pieces. I use butter, a lot of it, with home made garlic pepper salt. It's going to be done in a couple of minutes on a side. The first time you try this, be sure to sample by cutting open some pieces. Taste them also! Under cook correctly is the skill you will enjoy perfecting with your PIC. The chicken is actually still cooking itself after you take it off the heat, piece by piece as they have no external raw spots. Just try it. I used to never buy this kind of chicken, But Got the Secret From the Butcher. With your PIC, you really can do this!

I have been using the NuWave PIC for over 5 years. I love the option for precise temperatures. I have been using it in place of my stove top burners. Only issue has been the wearing out of the pause button. I image this is due to very frequent use.

I got 2 of these several years ago and I never leave home without it. Great for traveling and using even at rest areas or hotels along your trip. This product is the best ever.
