I love my NuWave and would not be without it. My husband had esophageal cancer. I can cook his food without smelling the house up. It cooks as fast as a higher heat on my stove and the kitchen is not an inferno. I take it to church to keep my food warm or hot. Love it, love it, love it. <br>

I really like this system we do a lot of cooking cause I have four kids and I even got one for my mom who had a stroke so cooking is a lot easier for her now then it was I was always worried that she would leave the stove on.

I love the qiuckness of the heat. I also love the easy clean up. Only thing it needs is a shut off switch.

I love this because of the ease of use. I purchased it before Christmas because I have a large family (10 plus) and set up an omelet bar so everyone could choose and make their own custom omelets. I already had induction pots and pans but purchased omelet pans also. Everyone raved about it! A very big hit. A real advantage to this hot pad is that you know what temperature food is cooking at. I love that feature. I have made crepes, tortillas and entrees on this induction cooktop. It cleans up extremely easily too.<br><br>It is slippery so I cannot use it on our boat. Pots sliding around are not a good thing when underway on a boat. <br><br>
