I have 2 NuWaves and have used them several times a day everyday since I bought them in 2013. I absolutely love them and have recommended them to all my friends.I have one problem the plastic that covers the temperature adjustments clear/pause and the start buttons is just about to disintegrate leaving a hole on on of them. I have to start it by poking a pencil in the hole to activate it. Can this be fixed Please help.

I purchased a buy one get one free about 6 years ago now. It is the best buy I have made in a while. Make sure to get all the accessories or you will be missing out. One broke because I dropped it but that was my fault. I am going to make another purchase buy one get one free as a happy customer and for the free prize getting the blender juicer now. Best purchase I ever made

I bought the NuWave Pic Double Cooktop approximately 18 months ago. I was used to cooking on natural gas or propane and moved into an all electric home, which meant an electric stove. I saw the NuWave and thought I would give it a try. I LOVE IT! I actually replaced my electric cooktop with an induction cooktop (from another company as I could not find a NuWave cooktop to replace my built-in electric cooktop). I actually prefer to use my NuWave as the temperature control is much easier to control the exact temperature.
