I love the pans, how ever see no need for the long handles. If all your pans had handles like the fry/grill pan it would be so much nicer. Just would like to have more choices with this style of handles; Thank you.

I have had it a couple of weeks, still learning to use it, but it cooks so unbelievably fast and my food comes out better than on a stovetop. My pork chops were tender and super juicy, they never come out that way and the cooking time is only minutes. I would love to have another.

I have used my PIC daily for almost all meals and have had it for more than five years. It is worn out. Getting a new one. My old one still works. I intend in keeping it and continue to use it even while I use my new one. I couldn't be without it. My husband uses it more than our range.

Bought this to use while our kitchen was being remodeled. Never thought we would used it after the work was done and our new stove was installed. Wrong! It stays on the counter all the time and gets used almost every day. Holds great constant temp for simmering soups and stews and pressure cooker (ours is induction able). Fast heating water in the tea pot. Goes with us on vacation. Dozens of other uses. <br>We use it so much that we bought a set of carbon steel saute pans just to use with it (we already had heavy cast iron skillets and pots). Wish we had bought one a long time before.

My husband made a cover for my 36 inch stove and I started using my cooktops and that is all we use. Sold the house and live in a motorhome now and still use them daily.
