Great Refrigerator!

I'm extremely happy with my new Electrolux refrigerator. I purchasers the IQ Touch series and have been extremely happy. I did have a small issue with the water dispenser. It would drip. However, the customer service was fantastic unlike another brand appliance I purchased at the same time which had issues. I was happy and impressed with Electrolux - the appliance and service. It works perfectly. I love it!

My Fridge

Although I like this refrigerator, watch out for the pull out freezer drawer. The insert rack can come loose on one side not allowing the drawer to close and seal properly. The other improvement I'd like to see is flat shelves in the refrigerator. The tilted edges may prevent some spills from going to other areas, but it causes you to lose some storage capacity. Lastly, when ice falls behind the freezer drawer, there is no easy way to get it out. The nicest thing about this refrigerator is the control panel.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Freezer Drawer ????

The freezer drawer will not close properly sometimes and I have frost in the freezer. It seems to be too loose and the top part of the gasket doesn't pull in hard enough to keep there from being a crack along the top????? You sent a serviceman out to look it but still not fixed. He is trying different parts??

Love my fridge!

I love everything about this fridge! Lots of room, food is easily accessible. Shelves are adjustable to suit my personal needs. The Cool Zone drawer holds extra large containers that never seem to fit well in any refrigerator. The humidity control drawers keep fruits and veggies fresh for days longer than my previous fridge. The freezer holds an amazing amount of food and also distributes it so it's easily accessible.

This is by far the best refrigerator I have ever purchased. We just remodeled our kitchen and took a long time to research all the products out there. This fridge blew away the competition.

Love our French Door Refrigerator

This was our final addition to the kitchen update. After purchasing the Induction Range and Dishwasher we had to complete the set. I'm so happy we did. The French Door Refrigerator is so well thought out. Love the sliding shelf in the freezer along with the second ice maker. The shelf keeps the things we use frequently easy to access . The second ice maker has been so nice when we are entertaining. The large veggie drawer is awesome for all the long hard to fit greens and other veggies. The glass shelves are easy to move and to clean. The shelves on the doors are easy to access and to clean. I like the way if you remember the side an item is on , you only have to open that door.
We are really pleased and highly recommend it.
