Un believable!!!!

Bought one in 2011 & had icemaker problems in 2015. After a month of messing with repair people- to no avail, we contacted Electrolux directly & they offered a free 3 month repair warranty! They sent out a service guy who said the ice fingers were bent & it was not repairable. A couple days later they called me to say they were going to replace the refrigerator with a new model!!! To ALL the people who we spoke to & helped us- You guys & gals are fantastic! That is customer service beyond my wildest dreams. We haven got our new one yet but it is even better than this one.This had been a long adventure but the ending couldnt be better! Thank you all again!

I've had my Fridge for about two months now. I love it! It is completely automatic & prefect for a busy lifestyle. I recommend it to everyone.

Ice maker Dosent work

I bought This refrigerator a month ago and the top ice maker has never worked. Have called for service and they have replaced 4 times and still nothing .
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This was a replacement from Electrolux for a previous model we had with a faulty ice maker. The fridge is great... I just hope we don't have the same ice maker problems as we had with the previous model. This fridge is sleek and the drawers glide so smoothly. There is lots of room to meet all our family's needs.

Great lighting, large drawer in bottom of fridge, drawers move smoothly, easy viewing of all contents. Left door does not stay open, right side is OK...had service call and was told this was normal. A call direct to manufacturer resolved the issue....door must be opened fully to lock hinge...not sure why its different than right side but works for us.
