Noises

The refrigerator has made vibration noises since we first got it I'm January '14, repair people have been out 4 times and can not fix it. I am very disappointed with the refrigerator an service. I bought 5 Electrolux appliances for my new house, the refrigerator has not been repaired yet, the dishwasher has been replaced, the grate on the cook top was broken when the box was opened. In the future, I will never purchase anymore Electrolux appliances.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Very happy....finally

Brought the new fridge home and within two weeks issues... water leaking, door not closing, ice build up in the freezer etc.... Well Customer service was wonderful. I called the store I purchased it at and they put me in touch with an authorized repair man. He had to come out 4 times but he got the job done.. I think we are past the problems. Was a little discouraged at first and demanding a new fridge. After all this one costs an arm and a leg and it should work out of the box. Ha.... nothing does anymore. All this aside- I love the double ice machine. Love love love all the crisper draws- we eat mostly fruit and veggies and they stay fresh so much longer. The design is perfect for our lifestyle. Can't go wrong with Electrolux.. our fourth appliance with them.
I would recommend this to a friend!

nice unit some flaws

this unit is large capacity the second ice maker is great, roomy and shelves easily adjust.. How ever lighting even tho LED not the best blocked by most food in re fridge.. shelf's are glass and odd shaped. Ours broke in first week however new one brought out to replace this one..ice-maker issues in freezer.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Best fridge I've found

I love the features in this refrigerator. I especially ,like the ice bucket in the freezer that's filled from the ice maker. Really great for parties. The style is great and has all the features I could ever want. One I've mentioned already another is the cool control

Worst Refrigerator

I have had nothing but problems with the ice maker. This is my second refrigerator in 2 years. The ice maker leaks on the door and requires constant monitoring if it is not turned off. It is embarrassing when guests are over that we can't use it, or a dish towel has to lay on the tray.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

No good

The worst fridge I have ever had the luxury of buying. Day one the fridge didn't cool. It was replaced on the second day. Then the second got to some cooling and will not hold food to safe temps. Have been trying to get it fixed since the first week but it seems to be difficult to get appliance repair men out to fix things. The first repair man said it was just fine. I asked for a second opinion and the second repair man didn't like the temps it was cooling too. I have to wait a week for the parts to come in to see if that will fix it. It has been over a month and I still have just a fancy ice machine since the freezer is the only thing that works correctly. I would not purchase another fridge from Electrolux.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
