Poor Design

We bought the dual ice maker model and a little after the warranty expired so did the top ice maker. Now when you want ice you have to get it from the freezer. This wouldn't be a problem but every time you pull out the ice drawer pieces fall behind the drawer knocking the drawer out of alignment.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Amazing features .

I purchased this French Door refrigerator/bottom freezer not because it was specifically what I was looking for, but because I should have been looking for this all along. It is perfect for my family, adult children and grandchild. Each shelf holds so much liquid if spilled and it is so handsomely done. The tiny LED lights that find every nook and cranny of the inside. Not to mention how good looking it is in my kitchen.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Good enough

Brand new replacement for a defective model. The freezer has a design flaw that we have found and was pointed out by service person. The top drawer can easily slip of the hooks holding it and the then the freezer door doesnt close all the way but looks like it is closed. Ergo, temp goes up and ice gets watery and food thaws. Then ice cubes fall out the back and you cant close door all the way.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Bad purchase. Do not buy

I purchased a Electrolux refrigerator on 2/10/2013. After I purchased the refrigerator the ice maker didn't work. The repair man came out to my house and said the water line was frozen and that this was a known issue. He place a part in the refrigerator that would stop the line from freezing. Now, for the last month my ice maker hasn't worked. I had a repair man from ASI appliance repair company come out. He said that the ice tray had a crack in it and that a piece broke off that this was the cause of the ice maker not working. I gave it 24hrs. to produce ice, nothing happen. The repair came back out and said that I need a back panel deterioration Kit, and that it will extend my refrigerator out two inches. Also, that the manufacturing is aware of this problem. So, in short I'm very dissatisfied with this product. I paid a lot of money for what I thought I was getting a high end refrigerator. This unit is only 3 yrs old. I want to know what are you going to do. At this present time I will never purchase another Electrolux product and will inform social media and friends to do the same

Nothing but trouble

3 1/2 years old. Ice maker will not dispense ice. Freezer door needs adjusting, again. Large rust spot and condensation on back of unit due to faulty design.
