I love the controls on the door panels, it gives so much more space on the interior. The freezer is huge and gives so much storage

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] nice lighting, freezer has soft serve drawer and pizza slot, soft close drawers and removable trays that can be used to serve as serving platters, loads of space, variable shelving...just an awesome product

I have 2 of these refrigerators in my newly renovated kitchen and I have been unhappy since day 1! It all started with delivery and a cracked wheel, so I had a partially installed fridge for approximately a week. Then about 2 weeks later the freezer froze up and stopped making ice. I had the repair guy here and all he did was tell me to shut it off for 24 hours and it will work. Then 2 weeks later my food started spoiling daily so I called the repair guy back and he said he needs to order something, which he did. when he came back 1 1/2 weeks later it made no difference. I then bought my own thermometer to read the temp in it and it was consistantly between 38 - 45 degrees when set to 33. The technician returned only to tell me again he needs to replace another part. He came back a week later again and did so. when nothing changed he moved the shelves around "to improve air flow" and took 2 plastic pieces out. After finally contacting the store I bought it from, they sent another repair company to check it out and believe it or not the repair man didn't even have a thermometer on him to check the temp! He told me to shut it/them down for 24 hours and see if that helps. I did so (again!) and of course no change. I am sending these horrible pieces of junk back to the store I got them in and will hopefully purchase another brand that actually will keep my food cold and avoid my daily trip to the grocery to buy milk and the like.
The freezer did keep the items cold.
