i love the lights inside, and the adjustable shelves. offers so much room! the buttons are a bit slow to respond at times, and/or you have to push them just right to get the response you're looking for. other than that, no complaints.

We wanted a French door refrigerator without an in door ice/water dispenser. We first selected and installed a Samsung of about the same size but had issues with it. Our dealer allowed us to return and exchange it for the Electrolux and we are very pleased. It has the capacity we want in the freezer and the refrigerator sections. It also has several convenient storage drawers in both. The only minor inconveniences are that the shelves are somewhat difficult to adjust and ice cubes have a tendency to fall out of the collection bucket.

Good design but not reliable so far!

We like the design and the features and the apparent quality of the case and the shelves. However, several things went wrong in the first month that took 4 visits from repair people to fix. The freezer door was out of alignment and wouldn't close properly and after 2 attempts to fix it, it had to be replaced.One of the upper doors also needed to be replaced.

Beautiful fridge

This is the first fridge I ever bought as a new home owner. This brand was recommended from a family member. It's still very new at this point, but everything about it is amazing! Coming from only having been in apartments, I couldn't be happier. Love the lighting inside and the shelf arrangement is awesome with the ability to move things around to suit our needs.

Solid interior structure to support drawers and trays. Made with metal and plastic for improved support. Corrects defects experienced with other competitor models.
Easy to clean and very reliable.

Whenever friends or family come to visit us, they always leave with "appliance envy". My Electrolux kitchen appliances and laundry appliances really make their brown and blue eyes turn "green". The dishwasher is unbelievably quiet, the washer/dryer are quietly efficient, and the refrigerator amazes them. They actually comment on these appliances out loud. The most frequent remarks about the refrigerator are that it holds an amazing quantity of food and beverage -- trust me, my friends like to eat and drink. They are impressed with the rapid-refill on the large ice maker/holder. When as many as fifteen people come for a sit-down, tablecloth meal, you need copious amounts of ice, food, beverages. I love the beauty, efficiency, and performance of my Electrolux fridge --- but the truth is that it was selected for its name and size --- frozen pizzas for my terrific grandchildren won't fit in the side-by-side models!

This is a great looking refrigerator on the outside. There are some things I would change on the inside. There's not enough room for drinks or big bottles but otherwise the refrigerator portion is extremely spacious.

Kitchen make-over

We are in the process of updating our kitchen. After researching different brands on the market, we were very impressed with Electrolux appliances. It is a very well designed refrigerator. The lighting is amazing! We love the perfect temp drawer. The fact we can change the temperature depending upon what we are storing in it . The luxury glide drawers are a great feature. A soft serve drawer in the freezer is very unique. We highly recommend this Electrolux refrigerator with IQ touch controles.
