Great features on this appliance

I love this refrigerator. Unfortunately, we have had trouble withour ice maker. I purposely bought the model that didn't have the water/ice on the door because I read that it was a problem. But the ice maker in the bottom freezer malfunctioned. It was repaired promptly and is working fine now. We also had a problem with the temperature-control drawer, which I love. But the wiring wasn't right and had to be reconnected.
All of that being said, it is a great refrigerator with great features. If I had to do over, I would still buy it.

Have it for about a month now and have been pleased with all the features. Especially love the glass shelves and ease of removing them to clean.

Replacement

The first refrigerator of this model kept malfunctioning and so had to be replaced. Hopefully this one will give me many years of good service.

Looks great, but having issues with drawers

Bought this fridge brand new. Looks great, but I've run into issues with the Luxury-CloseTM Humidity-Controlled Crisper Drawers not automatically gliding shut as they should. They tend to come off the tracks.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

All I needed and more...

I bought this as part of a kitchen renovation in early 2015. My daughter and her friend both have counter-depth models and love them, so it was an easy decision for me. Favorite features are: (1) the easily-adjusted and cleaned glass shelves; (2) the separate drawers for firm and leafy produce, meats and cheeses, all with individual adjustments for temp or humidity; (3) the special ice cream drawer to keep it at dipping temperature; (4) the reliable, high-capacity icemaker; (5) the easy access in the freezer; and (6) the variety and easy-access controls.
