[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this as a gift. Before opening, I expected it to be an inferior piece of junk. Once out of the box, I was impressed with the high quality, ease of use and clear set of instructions. It's now an essential part of my bug-out kit.

I just purchased the WeatherX WR182R and it is of good quality. I appreciate the strong signal, features and the three options to power up for use. My only gripe is that it does not come with a charging cable to charge the internal radio batteries. It does include a phone charger cable with adapters which is appreciated. Almost a full package deal!
