Poor Quality

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought these in March and the wires to the headphones are already starting to break and short out. I purchased this headset with the hope that since it rests on your neck there would be no strain on the wires and they would last much longer since I am active and use headphones frequently. I am totally underwhelmed with this headset for the price.

issues out of the box

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Right out of the box, the play/pause button did not work on any of my devices nor did it trigger the EQ function, indicating that it was defective.
The second one I got as a replacement began to cut out on the right earbud a mere week after purchase.
Additionally, the built in mic is in a terrible position and nobody can hear me speaking.
I am constantly surprised at how fragile and unreliable Bluetooth earbuds are -- no matter the manufacturer. I am beyond tired of having a pair last no more than 3 months or being defective immediately from purchase.
It makes me wonder if a bunch of children are collectively in charge of R&D and quality control.

DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This headset has to be the worst yet. I have bought every version that has come out and this one stinks. No one can hear you unless you are standing on top of your head holding a spoon and its raining pigs outside. This is my third one and no I am completely done. It is the exact same problem with all, but luckly LG gave me a replacement.

ESP IF YOU'RE A TRUCK DRIVER THAT TALKS ON THE PHONE HIS ENTIRE SHIFT.... MUSIC WAS FINE THOUGH... FITS COMFORTABLY..

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had recently bought the hbs-910's, so disappointed in the quality! Returned them for sound quality issues and because they felt cheaply made. Hbs A80's are the exact opposite, best sound I've ever heard from tones, and you can feel the quality difference in the buttons. Very well made! I have been a tone user for several years now, always had a pair of hbs 900's, these A80's are ten times better. Cons Yeah there's a few, but minor issues to me. The buttons are higher on the neck and a little harder to reach, I'm sure I'll adjust but I'm a weight lifter and my arms are always sore. Personal issue, I know, but they seem a little too high. Secondly a little tight on my neck compared to other models. I think it's by design to hold them in place while being active, but I do find it mildly irritating. Overall in my opinion, best tones yet! If you're on the fence, hop off on the A80's side, you won't regret it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I brought these about 8 days ago. The Verdict is not completely out. I am not sure if it is the Headset or somebody elses phone. A few time, the inviduals that I am talking are not able to hear me and/or the conservation is in and out. 90 percent of the time the sound is crystal clear. Not sure if I should keep them or buy a better quality Headset. I need a headset that is Water and Sweat Resistant or Proof

Correction durability & no one can match these

These are by far the best fitting headphones on the market. I do a lot of running, biking and have even had them in with my motorcycle (1 ear only). They stay in!! Let me mention I typically HATE earbuds. However I am on my second set. 1st people had problems hearing me. Second 1 had one of the ear buds are going out. Fit, comfort, sound quality, functionality, and battery score a 10 out of 5 (UNMATCHED!) but unfortunately have to score a 2 of 5 for durability. I will most likely buy another one because of the above reasons but hope they corrected the quality issue. Would expect about a year or so of use out of.

HAD THIS PRODUCT FOR 6 MONTHS AND THE LEFT HEADPHONE STOPPED WORKING. REFUSED TO WARRANTY AND SAID THERE ISNT ONE. THE MICROPHONE IS HORRIBLE ALSWAYS HEARING I CANT HEAR YOU
