They are a great design with one flaw

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have had my pair for a year. Fantastic design, great feel, pretty good sound for how durable these are. But fix the microphone issue that seems to be the issue throughout every model. Less than a month in and no one can hear me on the phone.
Pros: Style/Design, Performance, easy to use

Great Headset with great battery life

Bad sound at the other end

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] im on my third one because they malfunction and lose connection constantly.if my phone is on my hip while im walking it loses connection and needs to be reconnected. the reach of the bluetooth is horrendus. i wear collared shirts at work and the call button constantly gets pushed and either opens google, or redials my last call.now one of the rubber stabilizer pieces has fallen off and is lost and there is no option to replace it. the audio when in calls is dreadful. the audio is always broken up and scratchy. the output always sounds like wind is swirling around your headmaking it hard for the other person to hear you too. but the audio with music and videos is good when its not disconnecting on you. not a good buy.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Every time I get another set of LG earbuds the quality is lessened every time. I started with a 700 series 4 years ago and loved them. I have had 3 other sets since and nothing compares. The ACTIVE has been the worst. It constantly disconnects with my phone sitting in front of me. And the newest thing (I have only had them for a month) is while on a phone call conversation it goes silent on both ends, they can't hear me and I can't hear them.
The design is a lot different than what I am used to. Neckband is much smaller, which isn't a huge deal, but I could not see my husbands neck fitting in this style. Also the microphone is on the side of the band past the ear. It muffles the should and sometimes is not clear enough from being too far away.

Worth it! when appropriately working

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this headset and it worked perfectly. A couple of weeks later it has given me a bit of a problem; where the bluetooth doesn't connect with my phone or computer at all, even if it's right in front of me. I've turned off and on both the set and the item I'm using. Sometimes it takes it a day or two before I can reconnect it. Sometimes I get the the message where the headset is not discoverable and since there's no button to make is discoverable or reset it (at least not one I could find) I'm left with an fashion accessory instead of a useable device. Other times if I answer a call through the button on my phone it automatically disconnects the bluetooth and I have to talk through my phone instead of the headset.
When it does connect appropriately, it works great! the sound and quality is good. I don't have to put the volume up all the way. halfway is just fine. I forget that I'm even wearing it at times. Its manageable and flexible. I am glad I made this purchase even if there are a few inconveniences here and there.

Terrible Purchased 5 for Christmas

I purchased 5 for Christmas, all are going back tomorrow. No noise cancelling, the called party can hear all kinds of background noises, static, the call keeps dropping off. Worst headset we have owned.
