Great sound horrible Bluetooth reception.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this a couple months ago and am not satisfied. The sound is great but the Bluetooth cuts in and out with my phone on my hip holster. Shouldn't do that with what I paid for it.
Pros: ease of use

Microphone Does Not Work

I purchased this model for the speaker features and water and sweat resistant. After continue use of the speaker, the microphone stopped working.

Great for music/But one big flaw!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this headset about 2 weeks ago and i love the sound but i have to say that unfortunately the Mic. is terrible and cuts in and out and people cant seem to hear me when i am talking. I had an older model for 7yrs and never had these issues so it is slightly disappointing.
Pros: Style/Design
I would recommend this to a friend!

The biggest waste of money spend my time out of town working try to talk on them they lose Bluetooth one foot away

Can you hear me?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the speakers, great sound, retractable ear buds. My biggest issue is the microphone. Constantly being told "I can't hear you" or "You sound muffled". In addition to the Bluetooth not keeping a connection.

Its ok

I brought this and had to get it replaced in less than a year. I love the design and the flexibility of it. However it would be on my neck and my phone on my hip and its constantly saying trying to connect. That's annoying to be constantly vibrating on my neck.
Pros: Style/Design, ease of use, Features/Settings, battery

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Microphone on this set is terrible. When on the cell phone, I get constant complaints about the other person not being able to hear me, even when in a quiet room. I have owned 3 other models and always had great performance. Do not get this one.

One side stopped working

Bought in January 2019, As of today, 3/8/19 the right ear bud has stopped working. Seemed small around my neck, the side pieces are not as long as the others and when you turn your head sometimes the sound gets muffled to others. Wouldnt buy again. :-(
