Good but power button is flaky

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Connects ok, problem is getting the power button to work. Initially it worked right, then about a month into using it, the button started to be a pain to turn on and off. Now you have to guess at what angle to press the button to turn them on or off. Right at a year the button is so flaky to turn them on and off, its a pain to use now.

No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Product a 4 but customer service 5!!!!!

The first pair I purchased ended up losing sound in the right bud after 1.5 months of owning. Called customer service and they were AMAZING! After a quick online form was filled out, received a free return label and the earbuds were replaced and returned in less than a week! I like the earbuds but CS earned a return customer.
Pros: Style/Design, ease of use, battery

Basically a good product with a few flaws

Like many of the reviews I've read, this product has excellent sound quality for music. Somewhat below average microphone for telephone use. My main reason for leaving this review is that I do feel there is a design problem! I'm on my third pair and most likely final pair of these units without exception both units prior have failed on the right channel. It'll be playing right along and the channel starts to get crackling noises followed by no function at all. I believe this is because the retractable feature puts under stress on the connection. I purposely only use them for enjoying music when I'm working out or walking. I think if this physical connection issue was resolved these would be excellent quality products for the value

Terrible headphones

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] If you want a pair of headphones for working out, stay far away from these. Initially, I thought this was a good product because the sound quality was decent and the headphones didn't slip out of my ears constantly. Boy was I wrong. LG used the cheapest plastic I have ever seen used on a product. As I was putting my headphones into my backpack to go to the gym, they dropped onto my carpeted floor. When I picked them up, I noticed that there was a chip in the plastic that caused the headphones to basically crumble apart. What's even better: LG voids your warranty if there is any physical damage to the headphones. I used electrical tape to put the headphones back together, but now the volume controls don't work.
In the year 2017, I would like to expect far better quality and a much better warranty program.
Extremely disappointed in this product for the price. I will never buy an LG product again based on the poor quality and terrible warranty.
DO NOT BUY.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Won't stay on

I've had this headset for about 4 months and about a week ago they just started randomly turning off and on. They will say power off, then power on and connected and will do that over Andy over until I shut them off. I turn them on again and it will happen maybe 10 mm in later or 5 min later but it happens again. Also, the phone features have never worked, I can't answer a call and and when I make a call no one can hear me. They are useless, going back to my wired apple headphones.

Quick charge, Fair sound, Bad mic, Feelin vibs

I would recommend it to someone that would use it for entertainment. I like neither yelling nor being yelled at, so I would not recommend this product to someone for calls. Living in the Portland region, I also like not worrying about moisture killing it. I purchased this product roughly 2 months ago when my last LG had an earbud disconnect due to normal use. (The mic worked great; I was told it was better than the mic on my phone.) I like the fast charge, the accompanying app and the sound quality of this headset. Within the app one can modify all sorts of features; it's really great. (I'd like more language options) ***The vibrate feature can not adjusted. Only on/off and if it is set to off, it still vibrates on when powering on/off.*** I DO NOT LIKE THE MICROPHONE. (Can you hear us LG? I'm not the only one.) Like other reviews I've read, my callers hear lots of background noise and have issues hearing me. I find myself yelling just to be heard. Today the battery dies after less than four hours of use (not continuous use either). I will be returning to the store I purchased them from and get a new replacement LG. I sure hope LG has fixed the mic issue. I probably wouldn't need a phone if I just yelled all the time....
